Items may be returned up to 7 days from date of pick-up/delivery. Delivery charges/set-up fees are not refundable.
Returns/refusals/cancellations without paint or stain are subject to a 25% restocking fee of your total order, excluding tax. With paint or stain, the restocking fee is 50%. Return shipping/pick-up/delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lifetime Frame Guarantee
Subject to normal usage, if you ever have a problem with one of our frames, we will make it right. If you still live in the DFW area, we will come to you--no charge for travel or materials. If you have moved from out of the DFW area, we will charge a shipping fee for the replacement boards and send you instructions on how to replace the boards you need.
